After analysis understand that there is an inconsistency in the contract which can be seen if we run /AFS/SDRQ by giving contract as input.
Correction report /AFS/SDRQ shows many inconsistencies that are possible not being picked up by the nightly and weekly batch jobs.

Run /AFS/SDRQ manually.

Resolution

The issue is resolved as no documents appeared consistently on the /AFS/SDRQ correction report job in the subsequent weeks.
Monitored the Weekly Rescheduling jobs in Production System for the next 2 weeks and ensured the documents aren't repeated on the correction report.
